It is now confirmed that everyone will be able to get 50% off the “Alpine Experience” tomorrow (works out to $22.03 after GST). In order to access this price you need to go to Guest Services to buy your ticket and tell them you’re here for the Disc Golf Tournament.
This is only good for tomorrow. You will still have 7 days in order to decide if you want the annual pass and use the ticket as credit towards that pass.
So there’s still not a lot of information about the event available, but you can now register for the event through the Nanaimo Disc Golf Club. The Disc Cellar is currently not affiliated with the event in any capacity (no vending, sponsorship or prizes provided), that may change.

The Disc Cellar is pleased to be sponsoring and providing prizes for both the Grouse Season Opener and The Hopen. Additionally, The Disc Cellar is handling the on-line pre-registration for both events.
Registration for both events is open now!
Information posted on the event pages, is in my words, and may not completely accurately reflect the intentions of the Tournament Director (who may not yet have had time to adequately vet the content of the page). Corrections will be noted if any are required.
There’s a visitor in our city at the moment, and he happens to be a maker of discs from New Zealand. A number of people were fondling (yes you were) his discs at the BC Open today. So for those of you who bought some, and even for those of you who didn’t I have a question:
Do you think that The Disc Cellar should carry RPM Discs?
Are you a Disc Golfer who is likely going to receive a gift of any kind this weekend? If so, you really should be asking for a gift certificate from The Disc Cellar (you know you want to pick the disc yourself).
Not in the Burnaby area, not a problem, we can ship, and odds are we’ll be at a tournament near you sometime this summer. Special requests, no problem, we do special orders all the time.
Want to get yourself something? We’ll be vending at the BC Open in Langley at Passive Park this weekend. It will be a little sporadic though as I’m also playing in the event.
